Crash Hot Potatoes

These potatoes are fully of flavor and are so easy to make!

You Will Need:
{12} Whole New Potatoes (or Other Small Round Potatoes)
{3} Tablespoons Olive Oil
Kosher Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Rosemary (or other herbs of choice) to taste
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in potatoes  and cook them until they are fork-tender.
On a sheet pan, generously drizzle olive oil. Place tender potatoes on the cookie sheet {make sure to leave plenty of room between each potato}.
With a potato masher, gently press down each potato until it slightly mashes. Rotate the potato masher 90 degrees and mash again.
Brush the tops of each potato generously with more olive oil.
Sprinkle potatoes with kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper and fresh chopped rosemary.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Inspired by The Pioneer Woman.

  1. This looks SO good. I'll have to try it. Love the pioneer woman!

  2. Yummy I did these the other night but instead of mashing them I chopped them up into small pieces and added garlic salt and parmesan cheese! This dinner looks yummy! How did you cook your tuna steaks?

  3. Looks great! I make these but mashed! The tuna steaks and veggies make it a nice and yummy healthy meal!
