Allow me to introduce my Memorial Day weekend homemade cocktail – red wine spritzers!
Warning: these drinks are so refreshing and delicious you will drink them like juice!
Ingredients
1/2
pint strawberries, diced
1
large gala apple, diced
2
medium peaches, diced
1/2
pint blueberries
1
bottle, 750 ml, red wine
1
quart sprite zero {or sparkling water}, chilled
Use a variety of your favorite fruits.
Fill
the bottom of a pitcher with a mixture of diced fruits. Pour wine in to cover,
and let stand 10 minutes. Top glasses with sprite zero when you are ready to
serve.
