Five on Friday {Snow Day Edition}

Due to the snow on Wednesday my office was instructed to work from home. Fine by me! I stayed in my pajamas all day long and although I did have to work, I surprisingly got lots accomplished while toting my laptop around the house. So I bring you...my snow day 5...

- ONE - I started off the morning with some delicious hot chocolate.
  - TWO - Around lunch time I started to get hungry so I raided the pantry and didn't really find much to eat. However, I did find some lemon cupcake mix, so I baked those for lunch.
- THREE - With the hubby's help, we knocked out the nursery closet dividers. Full post on these found {here}!
- FOUR - Later in the afternoon we got a knock at the door. UPS braved the winter weather to bring us a surprise gift from our registry - Caroline's mattress! It's amazing how big of a difference the room looks with the mattress in the crib!
- FIVE - Unrelated to snow day, but still worth mentioning, I am so looking forward to the weekend. I've got a prenatal massage appointment, some nursery crafts planned and a few recipes set aside to try! Oh, and of course, the Super Bowl! I'm planning a nacho bar for Sunday...

  20. Your hot chocolate looks divine! I hope the snow didn't cause too much trouble down there, but as a Midwesterner we're so happy to see it leave us for a while. I hope Spring is right around the corner... Enjoy the Super Bowl! Go Broncos!

  22. oh, your hot chocolate looks so good! I always forget to put marshmallows in mine! How exciting that you got a mattress for the nursery! It is so fun putting the nursery together, it makes having a baby much more real... and then you get to thinking about the fact that you are having a baby in (fill-in-the-blank) weeks! And it is so exciting and such a special time of life! Enjoy it!!
