Easter Baskets

You are never too old for an Easter basket, ever. In fact, my mom and mother-in-law still make Matt and I {our own} Easter baskets each year. Part of me is really, really, scared that once Matt and I have little ones of our own, our parents will stop making us baskets!

This Easter, I put a few Easter gifts together for my family. Remember that super duper cute berry basket giveaway that Darci at [the good life] hosted last week? Well, I WON! Yippee! So I decided to use my cute new baskets for Easter gifts…

We are spending Easter with Matt’s family this year! The basket on the left is for Mrs. M and has a cute spring chick dish towel, EOS lip balm, a cute lil chick, and a yummy Lindt chocolate carrot. The basket on the right is Matt’s and has mini bottles of Maker’s Mark and Jack Daniels, a Nike golf ball, lifesaver jelly beans, and an embarrassing amount of Peeps {not pictured}.

I sent my mom her Easter gift in the mail earlier this week. Are these hand towels not the cutest? Only $1.99 for a pack of two at Target!

The only peep I was able to wrestle away from Matt.

Are you making any Easter basket this year? If so, what are you putting in them?

I'm pretty sure those are the most adorable Easter baskets I've ever seen. Very jealous…probably no Easter baskets for our tiny fam this year (although my mom mailed us a box full of Easter goodies! Yay!). I'm making macarons for our Easter picnic, though :)AndreaLeft brain, right brain, pug brain.
