Windows Open in the Morning

The cooler morning air lately has made me so giddy for fall. There’s something so refreshing about opening the windows and letting that crisp breeze sweep through the house—it instantly sets a lovely tone for the day ahead. I also love how bringing fresh air into our home removes stale air, helps reduce humidity (and moisture), and clears out some toxins.

Candy Corn Pumpkins

Candy corn can be a bit divisive, but I love candy corn pumpkins — only during the months of September and October.

My Walking Pad

I know I keep raving about it, but I would be remiss to write a post on the things bringing me happiness right now and not include this! My walking pad has been such an incredible gift to myself. Previously, it was so easy for me to slip into the busyness of the day without prioritizing movement. Now that I have a walking pad under my desk, I’ve seen such a huge difference in my activity and energy level. I am consistently hitting 10K+ steps every day during the week.

A Great Family Show

Watching America’s Got Talent as a family has become one of our favorite things lately. It’s one of those rare shows that we can all agree on, and we love cheering on our favorite acts, and debating who we think will make it to the next round. It’s become such a fun show that brings us all together.

Meal Planner Pad

There is something so satisfying about breaking in a brand new meal planning pad!
