  • I shared my answers to my recent Ask Me Anything! poll. From parenting and household organization to workout routines and a home tour — this post dives in to so much!
  • Our loaded burger bowls were so good for lunch all week! I shared the recipe on Instagram in case you prefer to save all your recipes there and also below!
  • I recently started planning Caroline’s 11th birthday party and was inspired to create a reel from her 10th Birthday Party where the girls got crafty!

Your Top 5 Favorite Items This Week

  1. Lots of excitement around the Medicine Ball Cold Buster Kit! For the longest time, finding the teas for a Starbucks Medicine Ball was nearly impossible. But now, thanks to Amazon, you can grab a whole kit that has almost everything you need! It includes both Ginger Peach and Harmonic Mint teas (perfectly paired for that Medicine Ball flavor) and comes with a 10-pack of 100% pure US Grade A honey sticks! It’s a total game-changer, making it super easy to recreate the famous drink at home without the hassle of searching for individual ingredients.
  2. The Magic Slushy Maker Cup moved up to the #2 spot and is already the best-selling item from my Easter Baskets Fillers post! Y’all are clearly getting a head start on shopping, and I don’t blame you—this little cup is so fun. Just freeze, squeeze, and boom—instant slushy magic. Caroline has made SO MANY creative slushees with hers — the Yoohoo has been her fave.
  3. My favorite 5-ingredient protein powder I use for all my protein recipes. This plant-based protein is packed with 20g of organic protein per serving, has a super clean ingredient list (no weird fillers or additives), and actually tastes good. The vanilla flavor is smooth, not chalky, and blends perfectly into smoothies, oatmeal, or even just shaken up with almond milk. Plus, it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, keto-friendly, and has no added sugar—just pure, simple protein. If you’re looking for a clean, high-quality protein powder, this one’s a winner!
  4. The magical $10 mascara combo (mascara + primer) — see #5!
  5. The 6-in-1 French Face Cream I shared last week! It’s super creamy yet lightweight, smells clean, and is insanely hydrating. It also doubles as a primer, so makeup applies beautifully over it—and it works as a makeup remover at the end of the day. Basically, it’s a skincare multitasker, which makes it perfect for travel too. If you haven’t tried it yet, trust me, it’s SO good. Every time I share it, I received emails from readers raving about it too!

On to the 5…

1. Into The Woods Jr.

It’s been a big showtime week for Caroline! Tonight is her third of six Into The Woods performances, and we are loving every second of it. My mom is coming into town tonight to catch the show, and Matt’s parents will be here Sunday to cheer her on too!

2. Lunch Meal Prep: Loaded Burger Bowls

Matt’s favorite meal-prepped lunch is back in the rotation this week, and I have to admit—it’s a solid pick. These Loaded Burger Bowls are packed with seasoned ground beef, roasted sweet potatoes, red onion, crispy bacon, tomato, lettuce, pickles, and the real MVP: special sauce.

And the best part? It’s so easy to prep. Just brown your beef with a little garlic powder and salt, roast your sweet potatoes, chop up all the toppings, and mix up the special sauce (trust me, don’t skip this part). Then just assemble and store! Everything reheats beautifully, and by the time lunch rolls around, you’ve got a flavorful, high-protein meal ready to go.

Special Sauce: 1/2 cup mayo + 2 tbsp ketchup + 1 tbsp coconut aminos + 2 tsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp dill pickle relish + 2 tsp dried minced onion + pinch of crushed red pepper + pinch of salt

Psst — I saved this one in my Meal Prep highlight on Instagram, so you can find all my go-to lunch ideas in one spot!

3. Spring Dresses

Spring is finally in the air, and that means it’s time for all the cute dresses! I found two gorgeous options that are perfect for any spring occasion—brunch with the girls, bridal showers, Easter, spring weddings, baby showers, date nights, you name it. Whether you’re dressing up or just want to feel extra cute on a random Tuesday, these dresses have you covered!

Eyelet Midi Dress

This dress is so pretty with the daintiest eyelet details and a structured bustier top that gives it the perfect feminine fit. It’s lightweight, flowy, and effortlessly chic—just throw on some strappy sandals and you’re set for any spring event!

Flirty, floral, and so easy to wear. The plissé fabric gives this dress a breezy, textured look, and the delicate floral print is giving major spring vibes. Oh, and the back is stunning. Available in 5 prints!

4. Where Should We Begin?

Last week at Community Group we played Esther Perel’s Where Should We Begin? conversation card deck game, and it took our night to the next level. We went from deep convos to crying-laughing at some of the stories that came out, and by the end of the night, we all agreed — we need to play this more often! 10/10 recommend for your next girls night!

5. Mascara + Primer

My ride-or-die lash duo for years, and it’s only $10 for both! This primer + mascara combo gives insane volume and length without clumping, smudging, or flaking. The primer preps and thickens, while the mascara lifts and defines for that full, fluttery look. And with over 350,000+ Amazon reviews, you know it’s good! If you’re not using a primer before mascara, trust me—this is your sign to start.
