I used to make this fish on the grill with cedar planks. Recently, I started baking it in the oven instead. I like it both ways, but the oven makes it easier.
An updated {baked} recipe for my Soy Glazed Salmon Filets…
3 ingredients, easy to throw together and tasty! I served mine on a kale salad!
Soy Glazed Salmon Filets

Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Salmon Filets
- 1 cup Light Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Instructions
- In a Ziploc bag, combine Filets, Brown Sugar, and Soy Sauce. Marinate for 1 hour {or longer}.
- Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with desired sides or on top of a kale salad.
