Soy Glazed Salmon Filets

I used to make this fish on the grill with cedar planks. Recently, I started baking it in the oven instead. I like it both ways, but the oven makes it easier.

An updated {baked} recipe for my Soy Glazed Salmon Filets…

3 ingredients, easy to throw together and tasty! I served mine on a kale salad!

Soy Glazed Salmon Filets

Soy Glazed Salmon Filets

  • 1 lb Fresh Salmon Filets
  • 1 cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  1. In a Ziploc bag, combine Filets, Brown Sugar, and Soy Sauce. Marinate for 1 hour {or longer}.
  2. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Serve with desired sides or on top of a kale salad.

Sounds awesome! I'm not usually a fan of salmon, but this sounds like it would be good!
