The first day of school is quickly approaching and we have been shopping for all things back-to-school!
Here are a few things we’ve scooped up for Thomas. He’s really easy and is mostly a one-stop-shop at Dick’s along with a few Amazon items.
A few things I wanted to highlight from this list is…
- Hair Pomade: Soft hold hair cream for a natural finish. Hoping Thomas will actually use this to tame his unruly hair this year. We’ll see…
- Twill Shorts: For the first day of school outfit, we’ve been buying these pull-on shorts for years. They are the perfect length and available in several colors.
- Striped Polo Shirt: To go with those twill shorts for the first day of school! These are our favorite polos for Thomas — again, been buying these for years. Available in several colors.
- LaMelo Ball Shoes: Thomas’s #1 wish list item, these vibrant basketball shoes are technically found in the girls section and make him so happy.
- Nike Crew Socks: Great price on these! And several colorways — the multi-color pack is so fun.
- Nike Backpack: Perfect size backpack (fits a 15″ laptop) with adjustable shoulder straps, a chest strap, and side pockets for water bottle storage. Available in several colors.
- Jordan T-Shirt: Such a fun and colorful shirt. Also available in black + white!
- Cross Necklace: Thomas wears this every day. Available in several chain lengths, and also gold.
- Custom Morse Code Bracelet: Matt is gifting Thomas matching bracelets for his first day of school. The bracelet contains a secret message written in morse code!
- Messi Jersey T-Shirt: I love that Old Navy is carrying lots of Messi apparel right now! Such good prices and selection. We also grabbed the hoodie too!
- Athletic Shorts: Featured twice in this collage, these are our go-to athletic shorts for Thomas. They fit really well (not super long) and look nicer than most of his other activewear. We pull these off as regular “shorts” most of the time. They are often on sale, priced affordably, and available in 5 colors.
- Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle: This stainless steel water bottle has a well designed spout for sipping upright through the built-in straw or tilting back to drink from the spout opening. It’s triple layer insulated and the lid is leak-proof. Available in rainbow of colors and has glowing reviews.
- Nike Lunch Box: Includes an inner mesh pocket.
- The Walmart Bento Box: THE HOLY GRAIL OF ALL BENTO BOXES. I have shared this lunchbox more times than I can count but I can promise you this is the ONLY lunchbox you need. It’s so much better than any others we’ve used. It comes with multiple removable and stackable compartments, locks into place, and is dishwasher-safe!
