Popping in to share a super simple two-ingredient recipe!
Yesterday I posted a Jamaican Jerk Pork Tenderloin on my insta-stories and received a ton of questions about the sauce (and crock pot liners).
My friend McKinsey made this for us last supper club and it was so delicious that many of us have already made it again for our families. Also, did I mention there are only two ingredients???
Instructions
- Line your crock pot with a Slow Cooker Liner.
- Add 2 lbs of pork tenderloin to crockpot.
- Pour a bottle of your favorite Caribbean Sauce on top.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred pork in the last hour and let simmer for a little longer.
I am excited to try this recipe. I love simple and easy crockpot recipes with less than five ingredients!
Yum! Annalee loves pulled pork from the crockpot, so I'll have to try this. She also was wearing that exact shirt Caroline has on today… the cutest! Thanks Cat & Jack!
That looks delicious!
I saw this one your story and am so glad you posted it up today! Yummy!
Found the sauce at Publix! ?
Lucky! No Publix within 50 miles of me has it!
Yay! Thanks for sharing! Does HT carry the sauce?
