Sunday marked our 100 day countdown!
How far along: 26 weeks!
Baby Size: Still an eggplant, but a bigger eggplant {9.2 inches, 2 pounds}!
Weight gain: We’ve hit a milestone — 20 POUNDS. Whew. I can’t believe it.
Maternity clothes: Yes for bottoms but most of my tops are still non-maternity which is great because I am getting sick of the maternity tops I have.
Stretch marks: At my moms advice, I picked up some vitamin E capsules over the weekend and am starting to use them directly on my belly in addition to my creams just to be extra safe!
Sleep: Not nearly as good as I have been. Pregnancy insomnia has begun! I consistently wake up between 3 – 4 am completely wide-eyed for about an hour. Eventually I fall back asleep but it’s definitely making my mornings a bit exhausting.
Gender: GIRL! Over the weekend my sister sent me a picture of me as a kiddo from my parents fridge. I still can’t decide if I think Caroline will be a redhead or not...
Movement: Yes, and loving it!
Best moment this week: Making progress on our nursery!
Looking forward to: My next prenatal massage this Saturday!
Food cravings: Nothing crazy out of the ordinary. This week I’ve been eating a lot of my favorite cereal combination – Rice Krispies mixed with granola.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing.
Labor Signs: Nope.
What I miss: my sleep and getting in and out of my jeans easier.
Symptoms: Insomnia, carpel tunnel (in my right hand only), lower back pain and round ligament pains, especially when Caroline is positioned awkwardly.
Nursery: First nursery post coming tomorrow!!!
Belly Button in or out? In, but it’s starting to get more shallow.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Mood: Stressed out at times with nursery projects, but overall still happy and energized.
Workouts: 3 gym workouts.
Prayer for Caroline:
Dear Lord, As Caroline begins to open her eyes this week, I pray not only for perfect vision but also for her spiritual vision. I pray that she will grow to have sharp spiritual vision, and that she will experience Your calling on her life at an early age. Thank you for this baby and for such a great pregnancy! In Jesus’s name, amen.

I was so opposed to maternity clothes before I was pregnant, but then I saw what adorable clothes they had (stuff I would buy–style, cut, color-wise–even if I were not pregnant) and changed my mind. 🙂 Looking forward to seeing the nursery. Vitamin E capsules are THE MOST AMAZING THING EVER. I swear to you. I've had a few operations–and my scars are almost non existent because of Vitamin E. It just works such wonders for your skin–I hope it does the same with warding off stretch marks for you! And YAY for hitting the 100 day mark!

I love little girls with red hair!! Probably 60% of my extended family (including my mom and sister) have red hair so I definitely have a sweet spot for little girls with red pig tails, so precious!! Can't wait to see the nursery!!
