Colorful Floral Tablescape

I wanted to share the floral tablescape I recently created for Supper Club!

As someone who loves throwing dinner parties, I’ve learned that setting a beautiful table is key to making any occasion feel extra special. This colorful table setting was so fun and easy to put together and would be perfect for spring or summer dinner parties, an Easter or Mother’s Day brunch, a bridal or baby shower, and more.

Tablescape Products

Let’s start with all the items I used to create this tablescape before we dive into the flowers!

  • Dinner Plates & Bowls: I was so excited to use the gorgeous scalloped dinner plates and matching bowls I recently scooped up and raved about. These are not melamine, they are high quality stone plates — and are only $5!!! There is also a super cute pink option too — and Oh, and they are dishwasher and microwave safe.
  • Tablecloth: I own this tablecloth in 4 different prints and all of them are so beautiful. I used the moonlit print for this tablescape. While the quality is really great, these do fade over time if you wash them often, so I throw mine in the wash only when it’s dirty, not after each use!
  • Woven Placemats: I use these 12″ placemats for almost every tablescape I create. These hand-woven water hyacinth placemats are beautiful, durable, and affordable. The set is available in various quantities (4, 6, 10, and others) depending on how many you need.
  • Bamboo Flatware: Another staple for every tablescape, this 20 piece set includes 4 salad forks, dinner forks, dinner knives, dinner spoons, and teaspoons. They are also dishwasher safe!
  • Bud Vases: I love this affordable 10 piece vintage bud vase set! The vases are made of thick and sturdy glass and come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
  • Bubble Vases: In addition to the bud vases, I used a 2 piece bubble vase set to add some height to the centerpiece.

Tablescape Flowers

I made a trip to Trader Joe’s for my flowers and was able to get a few bunches of flowers in a variety of colors. Each bunch was somewhere between $4-10. I think I spent around $45 for all the flowers.

  • iris (dark purple)
  • ranunculus (dark pink)
  • daffodils (yellow)
  • delphinium (white)
  • carnations (light pink)
  • dianthus (red)
  • asters (purple + yellow)

I mixed and matched the flowers across all the vases and re-arranged them until I liked the height and colors.

Prickly Pear Margarita

If you landed on this post from my Instagram Reel looking for the Prickly Pear Margarita recipe, here it is! This refreshing cocktail is a twist on a margarita with a slightly sweet and tangy flavor of prickly pear! It’s also beautiful and delicious.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the ingredients below. Shake well (at least 15 seconds) to get it really cold and serve up in a coupe glass or over ice. Garnish with lime wedge or dehydrated lime.

LOVE this table - so pretty and colourful! I also love using a mix of vases for different flowers, and I have the same woven placemats that I use for everything too x
