Two Ingredient Pumpkin Bread is one of our favorite fall treats.
A recipe that calls for only two ingredients and two dirty dishes is always a winner in my book! This recipe doesn’t require your mixer ad is a breeze to whip up.
Since 2013, this pumpkin bread has been one of my top 3 recipe posts and has gone viral a time or two as well! It’s really that good. This bread is packed with warm fall spices, has the perfect crumb, and it’s so dang delicious that you’ll likely eat the whole loaf in one day! And trust me, that’s usually how fast every loaf goes in our house! So go ahead and plan to make at least 2 loaves!
We love this bread for breakfast, snacks, and dessert. We also like to change things up and make mini muffins or jumbo muffins for breakfast.

For the BEST chocolate muffins, use a Devil's Food cake mix! You don't taste the pumpkin at all. Just chocolatey goodness!
