Looking for Father’s Day gift ideas?! I’ve got you covered!!
I’ve rounded up some fun and unique gifts for the special guys in your life — your dad, your father-in-law, and your husband (from the kids). Matt owns most of these items which is what inspired me to include them in this gift guide.
It was super hard to narrow down, but my top gift picks from this list for each recipient would be…
For Your Dad
- Bristle-Free Grill Brush: This dishwasher-safe scraper tool works super well for cleaning cast iron or stain-steel grates. And it’s bristle-free so you don’t have to worry about wire flakes ending up in your food.
- Nike Air Max 270 or Nike Air Max 270 Sneakers: Matt has both pairs of these sneakers and they are SUPER sharp looking. Get your dad some cool shoes he might not buy for himself!
For Your Father-in-Law
- History by Mail Subscription: A monthly mail subscription service for the history buff featuring fascinating detailed replicas of historical documents, like Albert Einstein’s correspondence with FDR or Parks’ police report when she refused to give up her seat. Graphic designers replicate them—handwriting, signatures, and all. So cool!!
- Time Capsule Stainless Steel Waterproof Container: Matt’s sister got him this last Christmas and it’s such a fun and unique gift. Fill it with trinkets, thumb drives, photos, or notes to your future selves (or for whoever finds it) with predictions of what the world or future will be like. Then bury it! Fun, right?!
For Your Husband (from the kids)
- Shibumi Beach Shade: Give him the gift of an easy beach setup. We are absolutely OBSESSED with our shibumi and are constantly lending it out to friends and neighbors headed to the beach. It is a breeze to set up, is lightweight to carry, breaks down into a tiny bag (takes up barely any room in the car), and works better than any umbrella or tent. Trust me, this gift will be a hit.
- Game Day Pullover: I tried really hard not to re-use ANY previous items, but I made an exception for this pullover as it is just TOO good not to include (and it was a best-seller from my last gift guide). With tons of collegiate and MLB teams to pick from, this quarter-zip pullover is the ideal mid-weight layer for game day in the fall.
Alright, I hope you find something he loves! And if you need more ideas, check out THIS POST.
1. HexClad Frying Pan
The best pan I’ve ever owned, this high-quality, dishwasher/oven-safe pan features a laser-etched non-stick surface using a patented hexagonal design to provide ideal hybrid cooking performance. Utilizing a tri-ply construction, the cookware has a layer of aluminum encapsulated between two layers of stainless steel for perfect heat distribution. It’s also PFOA-free, non-toxic, and is built to last a lifetime. Worth every penny.
2. Tennis Racket Score Keeper
The perfect gift for the tennis player! It’s helpful in keeping up with the points, games, and sets! The scorekeeper board has a sticker backing so you can easily mount it to the inside or outside of your racket.
3. Wall Mounted Can Crusher
One of our favorite home purchases, this can crusher is fun (and satisfying) to use and will help you fill your recycling container a little slower. This crusher can smash plastic water bottles, 12 oz cans and 16 oz cans, and comes in 4 colors.

Matt just bought these and they are SUPER sharp looking. Get your dad some cool shoes he might not buy for himself!
