This dinner could not be easier! All you need to do is pour one bottle of Greek dressing into a crockpot with 2 lbs of chicken and cook on low for 8 hours. Then shred! From there you can get as creative as you want — top your chicken with your favorite toppings. We love tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber (quickly marinated in olive oil, red wine vinegar and squeeze of lemon juice), hummus and tzatziki sauce!
Greek Chicken Bowl Recipe
The best part about this recipe is that you can make it in a large batch and use the leftovers for lunches! I like to add a base layer of lettuce in my t0-go containers and use the leftover cucumber marinade for our salad dressing.*consider pinning this image to save for later
Made this last week and it was delicious! The leftover chicken was perfect to use on salads for lunch. I also made a Mediterranean chicken wrap one day too. Thanks for sharing!
Mmmmm pinned and plan on making this ASAP! Looks SO good!

YAY!!! Our whole family loves this meal!! So easy and delicious!
I made this tonight and it turned out excellent! Added some quinoa to the bowls since we had that already in the fridge, and used Girardās Greek Feta dressing instead as that is what I found at the store šš» Love your easy and delicious dinner ideas!
do you make your own tzatziki sauce?
I buy it from the store to keep it easy!
Man I looked all over our entire grocery store and they didnāt have the sauce. Had to get like a tzatziki ranch dressing. Sigh…š¤¦āāļø is it that much of a specialty sauce?????
