Hosting our family for Thanksgiving really motivated us to pull our guest room together. Last September we did a little room swap — we moved Caroline to the former guest room and made her former bedroom the new guest room. We had such a great experience working with a Havenly designer on our Circle Room and Caroline’s Room that I asked her to pull together a design board for the guest room using as much of the existing furniture as possible and gave her a small budget.
Here was our design plan!
The walls in the guest room were previously painted pink and we tried to make the paint work but it was too hard. So over the course of a few late nights, Matt and I painted the walls together using leftover Chantilly Lace paint we had in the garage. We also kept the existing headboard, side tables and mirror.
And now we’re ready for guests!

Loving the design plans you have! The palm pillows are so fun and pull it all together.
