As the weather has warmed up we’ve transitioned from Soup Sundays to Sundae Sundays. We started out with true ice cream sundaes but this new tradition has already evolved into all sort of ice cream treats. Last week we whipped up one of my favorite treats yet and I couldn’t wait to share it here — Disney Dole Whips!!!
One of the most iconic treats of all time, this magical blend of soft serve ice cream and pineapple is super easy, creamy and dreamy!!! It never occurred to me that I could make this at home. And even if I did, would it really be the same? We decided to give it a shot when Disney shared their recipe after closing their parks for the month of April…
The verdict — YES, it is just as tasty as the park version!

So funny, we tried to make Dole Whips this past week too! It was delicious, but not a real dupe for the DW. It ended up tasting like a pina colada, so we just added rum and it was even better, haha. Your recipe is slightly different, so we can try for round 2!
