Many guests have likened this irresistible drink to a Dunkin’ Donuts Coolatta or a McDonald’s Frappe. Fair warning, though—this drink is sweet and oh-so-addictive. One cup is never enough!

Coffee Punch Ingredients

  • 1.5 quarts freshly brewed coffee (can use decaf)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 1.5 cups chocolate syrup
  • 5 cups Bailey’s (optional)

Coffee Punch Directions

  1. Brew 1.5 quarts of coffee and add 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let the coffee cool to room temperature.
  2. Once the coffee has cooled, add 1 quart of whole milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1.5 cups of chocolate syrup. Stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture overnight to allow the flavors to meld and chill thoroughly.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, scoop 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream into a punch bowl and break it into chunks.
  5. Pour the chilled coffee mixture (and Bailey’s, if using) into the punch bowl with the ice cream. Stir gently until the ice cream begins to melt and the punch is frothy.
  6. Serve immediately. This recipe makes enough to serve 20 people. Enjoy!
