Most people are currently avoiding frequent trips to the grocery store while we all practice social distancing, so that means grocery hauls are massive right now and have to be very thoughtfully planned out. It’s hard to plan for lots of meals at once — especially when you’re worried about ingredients going bad too quick. So today I wanted to round up our favorite meals that require minimal ingredients or are meals that you can make in bulk and freeze.
