Five on Friday!

Hi friends! It's Friday and I could not be more excited! You know what else I'm excited about? These five things...
- one - Playdates! We've been squeezing in so many playdates lately. Yesterday we fed the ducks, had a picnic lunch and played on the playground with our friends April and Camille! Today we are heading back to another playground too with some other friends! I wish maternity leave would never end!
- two - Since we've been on a low carb fix, I have become obsessed with zoodles. I bought a spiralizer a long time ago but went a little too cheap and ended up hating the one I purchased. After lots of research and recommendations from others I decided to get the magical Paderno spiralizer and love it. There is just something so awesome about eating veggies in curly fry shape.
One of our favorite zoodle recipes lately is Zucchini Shrimp Scampi!
- three - Dropbox! Friends, I have been terrible about backing up all of my photos for years. If something were to happen to my computer I would literally lose my college years, my wedding day, Caroline's first year of life and SO much more. So one of my maternity leave projects was to back up ALL of my files and pictures. I went with Dropbox to do it because not only is it FREE but I can also sync all of my cell phone photos to my dropbox! Don't delay - back up your photos! You can sign up (here)!
- four - Don't forget to enter my giveaway for $125 credit to Minted!
- five - This song: First by Lauren Daigle. So good. So, so, so good.
Wanna join Darci, April, Natasha and I on the Friday fun? You can link-up on any of our four blogs every Friday! All you have to do is...
1.) Write your post about five things you're lovin' this week (or any five things you want to share!).
2.) Share the logo on your blog and link back.
3.) Link-up at the bottom of the post so some new readers can check out your five things and say hello!

  1. I had to do the same thing with all of our photos too! If you're an Amazon Prime member you can get free unlimited storage and use their app for your phone photos once you meet the limit on free Dropbox storage! Have a great weekend! :)

  2. Speaking of pictures, have you heard of Groovebook? You upload 100 pictures every month and they send you a book with all of the pictures printed (not amazing quality, but they are legit the ONLY pictures every printed of Baby John) and it's $2.99. All done from your phone! It's amazing!!!

  3. I desperately need to back up my photos, thanks for the recommendation! I have been wanting a spiralizer for a few months now, so I may have to do some purchasing!

  4. I was doing a regular back up and stopped again. UGH. Must do that soon.

  5. would have LOVED to come to that playdate yesterday!!! hope you guys had an absolute blast.. and little mister's birth announcements are PERFECT in every way ;) OXOX

  6. I love Dropbox too--- I filled up the free account super quick though lol It does make me feel so much better since I have my entire life on the computer too (with no other back up!) I love that yall got the girls together to play - so so sweet!!

  7. YAY that you are back on Fridays :)
The cutest little playdate pics and Dropbox is a lifesaver!

  8. Isn't Dropbox a GAME CHANGER???????????????? So glad you love it! I've used it for about 5 years now and even talked my company into signing up (we're fairly small).

And cheers to fun play dates --- squeeze as many in as you can. Gahhhh, so excited for maternity leave too!!

Ps - I'm going to have to order that spiralizer because Lord knows I will soon need a low carb diet. Teach me ALL THE THINGS about losing weight post babe. It was relatively easy w/ J, but I have a feeling that might not be the case this go around.

Hugs to you, mama.... love Thomas' announcement, by the way!!

  9. totally bought a cheap spiralizer too and was so disappointed with the sub-par results! guess I need to hop back on the bandwagon- I could really use low carb these days!

  10. I've been wanting to get a spiralizer but I was unsure of what brand to try. Thanks for the recommendation!
