The muddled strawberries and cucumber give it the perfect balance of fruity with just the right amount of sweetness. Strawberry Cucumber Margarita
This refreshing cocktail is a twist on my favorite classic margarita. The muddled strawberries and cucumber give it the perfect balance of fruity with just the right amount of sweetness. Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave
- 2 large strawberries
- 2 large cucumber slices
- Splash of club soda
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries and cucumbers together.
- Pour in tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice and agave. Shake well.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with *club soda.
- Optional: garnish with *cucumber ribbon and strawberry.
Notes
To make the cucumber ribbon: Use a knife to trim the ends of the cucumber and use a vegetable peeler to carefully slice the cucumber lengthways into long, thin ribbons.
Another option: Swap out club soda for a splash of your favorite San Pellagrino flavor.
